1.Gantry 5-Axis CNC Machining Center

Supports ±90° A-axis & ±230° C-axis arbitrary-angle processing. Equipped with high-speed spindle and 8-station auto tool changer for precise drilling, milling and end cutting of aluminium and copper profiles.

2.Cantilever 3-Axis CNC Machining Center

Easy-operated digital control system with standard 8-tool magazine. Fitted with an angle head to achieve ±90° multi-sided machining, stable and cost-effective for regular aluminium component fabrication.

3.5-Axis CNC Compound Double-Head Saw (Down-cutting)

Adopts servo-driven rotary table and tiltable saw blades to realize all compound angle cutting. PLC intelligent control ensures smooth auto feeding and high-precision cutting for complex curtain wall profiles.
