   1.K7000 Intelligent Laser Sawing & Milling Workstation

   Adopting Syntec control and full servo feeding & discharging, it supports one-man operation with automatic labeling. Six profiles can be loaded at once, and leftover materials over 900mm are reusable. It delivers precise 45°/90° cutting and corner hole machining for frames, sashes and mullions with micro-spray lubrication for cleaner processing.

    

    

   2.K7000Super Full-Function Door & Window Workstation

   Equipped with Syntec system and CAM programming, it realizes fully automatic processing including cutting, auto-focus laser punching and labeling. Featuring low-noise, low-chip laser processing and four-sided milling spindles, it covers all production procedures for system windows. Optional robot loading and tower storage satisfy diversified custom manufacturing demands.

    

    

   3.K7000Ultra Smart Interconnected Production Line

   Built on K7000 series framework for high-output factories, this two-section line integrates double laser punching, sawing and full milling functions. With full servo control and recyclable long offcuts, it completes all machining of frames, sashes and mullions in one flow.
