In recent years, we have closely followed the country's "The Belt and Road", "FISU World University Games", "National Games", "Science Fiction Conference" and other national strategies and international event arrangements, and have undertaken the construction of a number of special-shaped venue projects. For example: Xi'an "Chang'an Cloud", Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Swimming and Diving Hall, Chengdu Tianfu Art Museum, Chengdu Science Fiction Museum, Phoenix Mountain Sports Center, China Construction Science and Technology Museum, etc.
In recent years, venue projects have been characterized by complex shapes, large volumes, tight construction schedules, and traditional construction techniques and management concepts that are difficult to meet contract performance requirements. According to our company's incomplete statistics, the average construction period of stadium projects has been shortened from 10 months to about 5 months in the past five years, and the construction period of a single venue has been shortened by about 12% every year on average.

Xi’an “Chang’an Cloud” project
The original exterior facade adopts an open double-curved shape with rhombus-shaped grids. It is not easy to seam during on-site installation and positioning, which will cause the color difference of the non-along-grain aluminum plates to become more prominent. The base keel spans multiple curves, making it difficult to guarantee the effect.

The curtain wall design of the project uses anodized honeycomb panels, combined with BIM technology and prefabricated construction technology. The construction of 72,000 square meters of special-shaped building curtain walls was completed in 120 days, including more than 700 prefabricated unit panels of 4.8×8m and weighing 3-4 tons.
The project uses GH's Lunchbox plug-in to generate four grid schemes within a week. Then, the facade divisions were quickly determined through model plans and sample proofing, and finally the diagonal and staggered rectangular plan was used to better restore the architectural effect.
Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Swimming and Diving Hall
One of the main venues of the 14th National Games, there are diamond-shaped columns on the outside that are 26m high, 11m wide, and weigh a maximum of 38 tons. They were built using an integrated prefabricated solution to achieve rapid construction.

The project has 100 modeling columns. Each column has a flower bubble effect composed of 58 groups of perforations. Through the different slopes of each column, they are connected to form a wave shape.

The complex and creative restoration of bubbles requires demanding details. When making parametric hole arrangement, expert opinions and modifications were made for each column and bubble.
6,000+ perforated aluminum plates, 29 kinds of wave shapes, 15 groups of bubble shapes, using BIM parameters to deduce the scheme effect, simulating bubbles rising from bottom to top, ensuring that the appearance effect and production and processing needs can be met, the design effect is successfully achieved, and 2 million yuan has been successfully solved Open hole arrangement design.

China Construction Science and Technology Museum Project

The project uses GH parametric batch modeling to achieve "one-click ordering" and "one-click processing drawings" for surface materials and keels. The ordering and assembly orders for more than 3,000 different hyperboloid stainless steel panels were completed in 30 days.
Fenghuangshan sports park

The project has more than 80,000 aluminum plates of different sizes and more than 80,000 profiles of different shapes, more than 7,500 different unit sections, 37 frame forms, and each section has more than 100 parameters.
Using the BIM program, information is processed and matched at the beginning of modeling, and the output is sorted according to the format designed in advance.
The data is imported into the regular table through macro commands and functions, and applied in conjunction with our classified assembly diagrams. 621 sections, 60,000+ data processing, completed in half a day.

Leshan Olympic Sports Project

The project has 6 individual venues with complex curved surfaces. The project construction adopts keel + panel and overall hoisting scheme. BIM establishes LOD500 depth model. Batch modeling and data extraction support design blanking and on-site positioning work.

More than 210,000 bulk keels are divided into 7,820 different assembly sections through the BIM model to meet the rapid performance of the project.

Chengdu Tianfu Art Museum Project

In the ceiling area, the panel width is 200-300mm. A 5,500-square-meter ceiling requires more than 10,000 keels. The prefabricated type is divided into 587 assembly units. The keel installation positioning points are reduced by 90% compared with the bulk type. The complex process is transferred to ground construction, which significantly It reduces the installation difficulty and shortens the installation time, ensures the installation accuracy, and improves the project quality.

Through BIM dynamic rainwater analysis, the lighting roof of the special-shaped venue can accurately determine the flow direction of roof rainwater through analysis, eliminating the hidden danger of water accumulation and leakage.
Xi’an “Chang’an Cloud” project
The project passed the steel structure collision inspection and 47 collisions (red areas) were found.

Nine large-volume cavities were detected and the long-span structural problem of the curtain wall was solved in advance.

An intelligent production line was independently developed by China Construction Decoration, which innovatively integrates technologies such as robots, industrial Internet of Things, intelligent analysis, image recognition, and big data and applies them to the entire production and processing process, achieving highly intelligent production operations.
Relevant curtain wall products meet the performance requirements of domestic and foreign projects, have successfully entered the international market, and are used in projects such as Wulin Plaza and Kangning Bay in Singapore.

Functional advantages: 1. Easy to disassemble and solve the problem of "quick turnover" through construction elevators and freight elevators.

2. The equipment adopts a crawler walking design to improve mobility and can achieve slope climbing within 20°.
3. A 3T hydraulic winch device is installed on the belly of the telescopic arm of the equipment to realize ground lifting of curtain wall materials of general high-rise buildings. By improving the rotation mechanism, the telescopic arm part can be rotated 360° in a plane.
Mobile charging boxes and welding machines
Functional advantages:
1. Welding work can be carried out in power outages or unconnected areas. It is easy to move and use. It can be taken and used for construction anywhere, and power outages will not affect on-site construction;
2. There is no need to coordinate operations and property unit wiring during the maintenance phase.

1. Can meet the installation of facade glass below 26 meters;
2. The front suction cup can be adjusted at multiple angles to meet the installation of various shapes of glass;
