1.Product features
KSD6688 neutral silicone structural sealant is a kind of one-component sealant.
Neutral curing, and no corrosion to the coated glass, metal, concrete and stone;
Good performance, applicability to construction within wide temperature range, and excellent adhesion;
Excellent resistance to high and low temperature, ultraviolet ray, weathering, ageing and ozone;
Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
2.Basic purposes:
Structural assembly of glass, metal and stone curtain walls, etc.;
Other architectural and industrial purposes.
3. Curing time:
KSD6688 neutral silicone structural sealant can be dried within less than 3h. The maximum bonding strength is achieved 21 days after full curing.
After curing, the neutral silicone structural sealant remains elastic at -40℃ to 120℃, without embrittlement, cracking or tear.


4.Package:
KSD6688 is packed in the 300ml plastic drum or 590ml composite soft film package.
5.Storage:
This product should be stored in the drying environment below 27°C, in order to extend the effective life. The shelf life is 10 months as of the production date.
Preparation before use:
All the substrates and auxiliary materials used in the curtain wall design must be subject to the adhesion, compatibility and pollution test of 30 days. Construction must not be started until the test results meet the requirements.
